Welcome to KoulTime. By accessing or using our mobile application ("App") and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions
- "Platform" / "App": The KoulTime mobile application and related services.
- "User": Any individual who registers and subscribes to KoulTime.
- "Partner Restaurant": Any restaurant that has entered into a partnership agreement with KoulTime.
- "Subscription": The paid membership (daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly) that grants Users access to dining discounts.
- "QR Code": The personal digital code generated by the App to validate subscription eligibility at partner restaurants.
2. Eligibility
- Users must be 18 years or older to create an account.
- By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.
- KoulTime reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or misuse the service.
3. Subscriptions
- KoulTime operates on a subscription basis (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly).
- Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by Tunisian law.
- Your QR code remains valid only while your subscription is active.
- Users are responsible for renewing their subscriptions before expiration to continue enjoying discounts.
4. Use of the QR Code
- Each User receives a personal QR code that is non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder.
- Misuse (sharing, duplication, fraudulent use) may result in immediate suspension of the account without refund.
- Partner restaurants have the right to refuse discounts if the QR code is invalid, expired, or suspected of misuse.
5. Restaurant Discounts
- Discounts are provided exclusively at KoulTime partner restaurants.
- The type and value of discounts may vary by restaurant and are subject to change at any time.
- Restaurants are solely responsible for the quality of food, service, and customer experience. KoulTime is not liable for any issue related to the dining experience.
6. User Responsibilities
- Respect the rules and conditions of each Partner Restaurant.
- Do not attempt to manipulate, hack, or bypass the QR validation system.
- Use the Platform for personal, lawful purposes only.
7. Vendor App
- Partner Restaurants use the vendor-facing KoulTime app to verify subscriptions.
- Restaurants may log visits, track usage metrics, and use manual override in case of connectivity issues.
8. Data Protection & Privacy
- KoulTime collects only the data necessary to provide its services (account details, subscription status, usage logs).
- Personal data is stored securely and processed in compliance with applicable Tunisian data protection laws.
- KoulTime does not sell or share personal information with third parties, except as required by law or to provide services.
9. Limitation of Liability
- KoulTime provides a discount validation service only and does not process payments between Users and Restaurants.
- KoulTime is not responsible for:
- Food quality or safety
- Service at partner restaurants
- Any dispute between Users and Restaurants
- The Platform is provided "as is", and KoulTime makes no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service.
10. Termination
- Users may cancel their account at any time through the App.
- KoulTime may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent or abusive use.
11. Modifications
- KoulTime may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
- Users will be notified of significant changes via the App or email. Continued use of the service after changes implies acceptance.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Tunisia.
- Any dispute arising from the use of KoulTime shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Tunisian courts.
